Penis Skin Is Irritated (skin Feels Like It Is Burning.)

Question: Penis skin is irritated (skin feels like it is burning.)
Intermittent discomfort with urination.
Discoloration and redness mainly around the penis head.
Tests that have come back clean within the last month:
Urinalysis
Std test
CBC blood test
This issue has been happening for a few months with no relief. I’ve also cleaned thoroughly and stopped using scented detergent. Change garments daily. Keep area dry. Tried topical steroid with no relief. Used for 10 days. Also, used the steroid yesterday and the skin that is discolored (see pics) had throbbing pain.
Any ideas on what this is? What labs to run? And should i see dermatologist or urologist?

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the facts and photographs that you have uploaded I do not find any major issue .In absence of any active sexual contacts in recent past and all the tests being normal it looks to be mild inflammation of penile skin .
There is no need to repeat tests again .
Do not use Steroid creams at all .
Consult qualified Dermatologist for further treatment .
In the mean time take anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily for a week .
Ensure to avoid using soap or chemical detergent .
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily .
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
