Question : intermittent pain on my left side around my waist line.... sore back from time to time...

Intermittent pain around left side of your waist line you have seems to be due to muscle spasm.

Do not worry, do hip and back stretching and strengthening exercises to relieve the spasm and strengthen the muscle around the waist and back.

Doing hot fomatation and applying muscle relaxant gel will be helpful.
