All abondon. But mostly , pet ke nichle hisse me pain hota h. Jb khana khate h tb pet me dard hota. Pet mamora detkr latrin hota h. Latrin pani jaisa , white somthing.

Urine
Stool - Routine and Microscopic plus culture and sensitivity done
In the mean time I would start :
Tab Ornof twice a day after breakfast and dinner for ten days
Tab Folispor twice a day before breakfast and dinner for ten days
Cap Happi D twice a day before breakfast and dinner for ten days
Do write back in case of concern
