Acne and Acne marks are a very common problem.
BUt when they go beyond 22--23 years of age, then some evaluation is required.

To start with, I would like to see a picture of your lesions as it is the basic starting point for treatment decisions.

Also, I would like you to answer a few queries from my side

1. For how long have you been having this problem?
2. Do you have menstrual irregularities?
3. Do you suffer from hair fall and weight gain.

Please answer these queries and then we will go ahead with your treatment protocol.

1. Facing this issue for quite sometime...minimum 3 years
2. No issues with manstrual irregularities
3. Yes am taking treatment for hair loss and am putting on weight from past 6 months (my weight has not been constant, at times i lose and at times i put on weight)

Thanks for the pic.

The following are my suggestions for you:

1. You may get good benefit with a combination of Glycolic and salipeels done 15 days apart.

2. use a mild cleanser like cetaphil for daily washing.

3. use a non-comedogenic sunscreen in morning and afternoon even if you are indoors.

4. use a combination of clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide (clindoxyl) once daily at night.

In Bengaluru, you may consult Dr Venkatram Mysore for these. You may give him my reference.

I am sure you will get good improvement with this.

Acne will improve in a month, and marks will improve in 2-3 months..eventually your face will be a lot better..
