Hi,
Thanks for the query.

Barkeit tablets contains guiphenesin, which is a mucolytic that helps in reducing the mucus viscosity.
That helps in upward movement of the spermatozoa and aids in fertilization.
Lupigest 200, are progesterone tablets.
As your doctor prescribed them to start from 27th, that will be possibly for the purpose of implantation.
Because in case of regular periods your ovulation and possible fertilization will get completed by 18th day (25th Feb). (You have to plan intercourse around 12th to 18th day of the cycle which will increase the chances of pregnancy.)
You can use the tablets in the night from 27th.
If you keep the tablet in the posterior fornix of the vagina at-least two hours before intercourse, that may not cause problem during intercourse or you can put after intercourse.
You can try with these medicines in this cycle.
If needed in the next cycle you can go for ovulation induction drugs which will help in case of menstrual irregularities and ovulation problems.
Hope I have answered your query. I will be available to answer your follow up queries. If you are satisfied with all my answer, please rate the answer after closing the discussion.

Hi,

After ejaculation some amount of semen can come out, that is normal and no need to worry about it.
If you keep the tablet high in the vagina, behind the cervix usually that will not get affected with this liquid.
The alternatives for this are:
-Putting the tablet after intercourse.
-Taking the tablet orally.
Though your reports are normal, your doctor might have kept the table as supportive therapy.
Progesterone helps in implantation of the gestational sac and in maintenance of the pregnancy.
As lupigest is natural progesterone there is no harm in using this.
To get pregnancy early:
You have to plan intercourse during ovulatory period. You can know this by using ovulation kit.
In case of any irregularity in periods or ovulation you have to correct in first.
If your periods are regular and you plan unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulaion, there is more possibility for pregnancy.

Hi,

Ovulation kit is usually needed to know your fertile period. As you finished that period and had unprotected intercourse during that period there is possibility for pregnancy.
In the next cycle you can use ovulation kit if needed. It is just like using pregnancy kit. You can know the fertile days by using the kit around the period of ovulation (between 14th to 16th day of the cycle).
You have to check for pregnancy after crossing your regular period date.
So you do urine pregnancy test after using lupigest.
Don't be anxious, as you are of young age there may not be any problem in conceiving naturally.
Your husband's sperm count is normal according to your description.
So wait and watch till your expected date of periods and hope for the best.
Wish you Good Health, If you are satisfied with my response please rate the answer after closing the discussion.
Take care.
