Question : Please advice based on the various Doctor's Opinion, They have asked for Spine Surgery. Further please advise as which is the best Surgery to Go for.

Open Surgery Or Endoscopic Surgery.

Thank you for posting your query.

If medicines and physiotherapy do not help, surgery may be done. It is better to opt for open surgery as the chance of success is more. With open surgery, the surgeon gets a better view of the problem, and he can free the compression of the nerve. On the other hand, in endoscopic surgery, the surgeon has limited visibility and the results may be sub-optimal.
