Please Advice Considering My Report With Only 1.37 Creatine

Question : Hello Dr

Iam 48 year old diabetic and weight 86 and height 5.6 since 9 years recent hba1c 7.1 that is 2 months back other wise every time hba1c comes between 7-8 .

My Question is

3 months back I got my CBC , KFT, Urine VIT B12 test and CT Scan

CBC Normal expect for low hemoglobin
VIT B12 - Very low 23 ( took injection for 6 week)
KFT - Serium Creatine 1.37 all other KFT test absolutely normal
Urine : Routine , albumin- creatine ratio , Urine creatine all normal
Renal ct scan - Normal

Please advice considering my above report with only 1.37 creatine reading ( which is abnormal) does it say that I have developed kidney problem Iam really freaked up and scared

Thanks for your query
Based on the reports that you have posted all the test results are normal except slightly raised serum creatinine level . However a single result of raised creatinine levels in absence of any symptoms is insignificant and can even be due to increased protein intake during the period of test .
Please repeat your blood test after having normal diet .
