My aunt have lump on upper jaw gums from 1 week...no pain... Please advise....

I see the photo you attached and it seems like she is having a cyst on the upper jaw gums.
I think it is a fluid filled sack and I don't think it is dangerous.
She may need to go to dentist to get it drained or removed.
