Hi,
Your lipid profile is abnormal you need to consider statin therapy to control lipid profile.

TSH levels are low that means you could have hyperthyroidism and for that we need to confirm with other tests like...
Anti TPO ab.

Bilirubin levels are mildly increased and this could be non specific but to rule out any underline pathology we need ultrasound abdomen to look for liver echotexture and infectiuos causes of hepatitis.

Phosphorus levels are also high that could we do to hyperparathyroidism.

So overall, you need to visit internal medicine doctor for physical examination and for further test ,to rule out any serious underline condition.

Dear Sir , Many thanks for your quick guidance. My Lipid profile always been in litter higher side(Mostly TG and TC as well as LDL) but when I restrict sweets (which I do take regularly after lunch) and little more exercise, this reduces. As far as TSH level is concerned (though T3, T4 normal range), I have never have thyroid problem in my last couple of years of test. I think this has because since last 7 days I took one Electoral powder packet daily with one ltr of cold water after my morning workout as there was intense humidity here in Odisha . This packet contains high sodium as well as potassium. Now I have stopped such since last 2 days , and also stopped sweets . I am taking lemon, little salt and little sugar mixure water .& taking one glass of warm milk without sugar in night. As far as bilirubin concerned, this is in mild range since last 7/8 years of my test. One doctor said to take LIV-52 . I have attached last two years report for your kind perusal and reference . Request you to kindly go thru the same and suggest/advice me the natural way, if any . I sincerely want to avoid medication unless the issue is more fatal or heading to any serious consequence. Request your kind advice & suggestion pls Regds

Hi,
your serum bilirubin is always slightly elevated, this is seen in the syndrome, and is a benign condition and does not require treatment in most of the cases.

previously your tsh level was normal ,currently low so need to confirm with ANTI tpo ab test now
or repeat thyroid profile after 45 days.

your lipid profile is always high , sol maintain your bmi below 25 , and if already below 25 then you mayrequire statin therapy in future.

and natural way is eat healthy, do regular excercise avoid refined foods of all types[R. sugar, R. OIL ETC]

Maintaining a healthy BMI (Body Mass Index) below 25 is a good goal .
Here's a sample diet chart to help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight:

Breakfast:
- Option 1: Oatmeal topped with fresh berries and a teaspoon of honey.
- Option 2: Whole-grain toast with scrambled eggs and sliced avocado.

Mid-Morning Snack:
- A small handful of mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, and cashews).
- A piece of fruit (such as an apple or a banana).

Lunch:
- Option 1: Grilled chicken breast or fish (salmon, tuna, or cod) with a side of steamed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, and green beans).
- Option 2: Quinoa or brown rice with stir-fried tofu and a variety of colorful vegetables.

Afternoon Snack:
- Greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of granola.
- Baby carrots or celery sticks with hummus dip.

Dinner:
- Option 1: Baked or grilled lean meat (chicken, turkey, or lean beef) with roasted sweet potatoes and a side salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and a light dressing).
- Option 2: Grilled fish with steamed asparagus and quinoa pilaf.

Evening Snack:
- A small bowl of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries).
- A handful of cherry tomatoes.

Please note that portion sizes should be adjusted according to your individual calorie requirements and activity level. It's also important to stay hydrated throughout the day by drinking plenty of water. Additionally, incorporating regular exercise into your routine will further support your weight management goals.
