Please Can You Tell Me If I Ovulated And If I Can Conceive?

Question: I have had day 21 progesterone bloods and AMH done. Please can you tell me if I ovulated and if I can conceive? Also please can you tell me is AMH a good value for my age of 47. Progesterone 27 on day 21 and AMH 5.2. Can I conceive with these numbers? I am really worried. What should the AMH reference range he?

Your AMH is high ,it is due to hormonal imbalance.
At your age it should be below 2.
But as your AMH is high ,you can ovulate ,there is no problem because of this.

Reference range of progesterone vary during menstrual cycle, it could be between 0.1 to 200ng/mL.
It is around 0.8 to 24ng/mL.
So if your is 30ng/mL than it is very good.

I have gone through your reports and I know your AMH is on lower side but that doesn't mean you can't get pregnant.
AMH indicates egg quality but other factors also play important role .
You can take medicine also.
High protein diet and lots of vegetables and fruits
Your progesterone levels are normal

Can losing weight help AMH or is there nothing I can do as its an age thing? My BMI is 43, I have got it down from 47 and still trying to lose weight. I worry time is running out quickly. Thanks for all your help after this no more questions
