Thanks for the information .

There is severe defeciency of Vitamin D and Vitamin B12. You will need supplements for the same.

The other parameters are within range with a few other insignificant derangements.

Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 can be given orally. The dosage of the same must be decided after a detailed physical examination.

Please consult your physician.
