You have developed acne.
You can use the following
1. Clindamycin 1 % gel in morning
2. Benzoyl peroxide 2.5 % gel in night
3. Use a salicylic acid or glycolic acid based face wash
The above medication should help you.
Restrict oil intake and wash your face frequently.
