First day of menstrual period needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
Your semen test is fine.
You can use folic acid and zinc supplements.
I need to know the first day of the last period of your wife in order to say if the test results are normal or not.

Brief Answer:
Her tests are normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.

If it was the second day of her period then her test results are normal.

The motility rate is not measured in your semen analysis but all other parameters are ok.
I think you may need about a year of trying to conceive before getting tested.

You both can take folic acid and zinc also.

motility rate is not mentioned bcz sperms are very lesser? is this the possibility ? may be it's case of azoospermia ? please guide ?

Brief Answer:
Azoospermia isn't mentioned.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
They have not mentioned sperm count and motility because they have not done this test.
I don't think this is azoospermia because they have not mentioned this .
If you want to know sperm count and motility you may need to repeat the spermogramme.
