Carious premolar tooth, Mesially impacted third molar

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through the X-ray you have attached in first x-ray you have restored premolar tooth in which caries is extended to pulp region if you have pain in that tooth then consult Dentist and go for root canal treatment of that tooth.

Second x-ray you have attached have third molar tooth which is mesially impacted. If you feel pain in that region or reduced mouth opening then consult Dentist and go for extraction of impacted tooth.

I don't have any pain but food gets stuck and feels inconvenient at Premolar. Should I go for root canal treatment?

I have gone through your follow query. If you don't have pain in that tooth then there is no need to go for root canal treatment. I will suggest you to consult Dentist and go for crown in that tooth it will help you. No food lodgement in space in between tooth after crown placement.
