Brief Answer:
Follow the advice below

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

I recommend to use vitamin B12 supplement and vitamin D supplement for at least three months.
Too much TSH may indicate that your thyroid isn't making enough thyroid hormone. This condition is called hypothyroidism.
This condition is treated with levothyroxine which is a prescribed medication.
You should consult an endocrinologist for proper dosage of this treatment.

Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!

I am really very surprised and disappointed with magic health care blood test report quality ( not upset with you, you have always been very good with your advices)

I wasn't too sure about this TSH high levels since I lead a healthy life and workout, food etc. so I got my TSH test done again today and I was not surprised that my TSH level is normal. Please attached.
Thanks god i didnt show it to endocrinologist who would have prescribed me thyroxine readig my report.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,
I already reviewed the attached report.
The TSH level is 9.46 but T3 and T4 level is under normal range.
So, you might have subclinical hypothyroidism.
I recommend to wait and check after three months again the TSH level.
This is because the TSH level normalizes in about 60% of cases after three months.

Hope it helps dear.
