Question : I am 47 and trying to conceive. Me and my husband have decided to give it one last try. I have attached my Day 3 bloods and Ultrasound scan does the scan and bloods look okay for me to conceive naturally? Please explain blood results reference range I worry about menopause

I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the reports you attached and all hormones levels are normal regarding to the cycle day the blood was taken.
Also the uterus has the right endometrial thickness for that phase of cycle and has a dominant follicle and other follicles.
Nothing seems related to menopause and it seems that you are having an ovulatory cycle.
So you can conceive in this cycle
