Question : Please explain testicular cancer I think I felt a bump when I was taking a hot shower but now I don’t feel it any concerns would blood tests notice this

Whh hi srr the a the normal for levels of psa when it’s normal no worries?? And the symptoms thsnks like I felt it it felt like something rubber not a bumps down it was like a line but small u follow me it was there before but did not think any of it my dad says could be the urethra is that possible thanks

Yea another concern I was picking towels from a bin cleaning the bin with no gloves picked up A straw something else look like plastic silverware and a black thing what I don’t know all I know I was pressing a button on top of it if it was working apparently not so I threw it away what u think it was ???I think it was a pen not soo certain that think I believe had writing on it the black of it so I threw it wmaway in the big black bin rest of the trash any testing??
