Question : Please find attached ECG and TMT reports and advise regarding prognosis of this case. On medication for diabetes since 4 yrs, recent HbA1C is 6.6

Hello

After reviewing the ecg image and the TMT report attached by you I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ecg with normal rate and a q wave in lead III. Isolated q wave in single lead is non specific.

TMT report is also normal. As patient is diabetic so prognosis will be variable.
