Question : Dear Sir/ Madam, Please find attached my father's test reports suggested by a local physician..Kindly lets us know if any action required. He is suffering form body aches and little vomiting sensation past couple.of days. He was very healthy till date but all go sudden he became ill which is worrying us. Please suggest if any further tests are required and kindly speak to my father as soon as possible..I request you to treat him to recover soon. Thanks in advance.
