Question: Pleas find my mother 's health check up report and advise. i can see that creatinine is little low and LEUCOCYTE ESTERASE is positive. She got diabeties also

Regarding diabetes, lifestyle modification has a much greater impact along with diabetic medication :
1)cut down carbohydrates
2) eat fiber rich foods
3)drink more water
4)sugar levels must be under control
5)avoid sedentary lifestyle
6) daily exercise for 30 min a day atleast 5 days a week.
