I have gone through the report and films also.
Your aunt has multiple slipped discs in cervical region and lumbar region.
The assessment depends of her clinical condition- her symptoms and signs, any disability.
Kindly share clinical details before any definite opinion can be given as to the cause and treatment.

Hi Sir,

My Aunt has pain and the doctor has advised her for Surgery. Basically we want to escape from Surgery. So thought of getting a second opinion here.

I would not advice surgery at present.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I am Dr Gopal Goel , Orthopedic Surgeon.
You have not still described the detailed clinical condition.
At Present state , I would suggest only medicines , Physiotherapy for her ( Conservative treatment). For at least 6-8 weeks .
If no improvement , Then we would proceed for surgical Intervention.
