Please Give Some Advice On How To Endometrium Thickness To Increase In The Next 4-5days

Question: I am undergoing IVF treatment and had 5 embryos has been frozen. the first attempt with three of the embryo's was unsuccessful that maybe due to thin endometrium as I have a resistant endometrium. Endometrium during the embryo transfer was around 7mm to 7.5mm, which is the bare minimum they wanted. A couple of times we tried for the next 2 embryos to be transferred, however the endometrium thickness was still very low. Even this time after taking 2mg estradiol valerate three times a day, the endometrial thickness on day 10 is around 6mm. The doctor has advised to double the dosage, so it's 4 mg estradiol three times a day for the next 4 to 5 days. I am posting this here to get some advice on what can help the endometrium thickness to increase in the next 4-5days. Please give some advice on this.
