Please Give Your Valuable Suggestions Even After Having A Full Meal, Blood Sugar Levels Are Falling

Non diabetic hypoglycemia
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You are having a conditions that can be called as non-diabetic hypoglycemia. It can have many causes that are mainly two types: insulin mediated and non-insulin mediated.
Insulin mediated causes include insulinoma, insulin injections, diabetes medicine use and autoimmune
Non-insulin mediated causes include alcohol use, cortisol deficiency, growth hormone deficiency, renal failure, liver failure, sepsis and some tumours (that secrete IGF- II)
In your case, hypoglycemia is confirmed. Next step would be to differentiate between insulin mediated and non-insulin mediated hypoglycemia. In your case, you are not taking any alcohol, medicines or injections hopefully. So measuring the insulin levels in blood during a hypoglycemia episode will confirm whether its insulin mediated or non insulin mediated. After confirming this much, further specific tests will need to conducted e.g for sepsis a complete blood count is needed, for liver failure a liver function test is needed, for renal failure a renal function test is needed, and so on. If you have undergone any tests, please upload reports. Meanwhile drink cleaner water and do some walking etc.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

You can get following tests
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
For IGF2 test, it seems to be an expensive test. I will suggest that you can get an ultrasound of abdomen or CT scan abdomen and thorax to find any tumours. A surgeon or oncologist can help with this diagnosis.
Regarding renal function test, it is a basic test and can reasonably find if kidneys are affected or not. Urine analysis can add to its value.
