Hi,

I reviewed your scan. In simple terms, there is minimal wear and tear change in the neck along with mild disc bulge in the lower back. However I will not be able to understand the relevance / significance of these changes and whether or not they are concerning without the reason for scan. So can you explain your symptoms if any and why was the scan ordered?
