Please Guide Which Medicine I Can Take I Am Feeling Acute Indigestion

Question : Hi,
From last 2 hours i am feeling acute indigestion. I hadeaten some garlic bread around 6pm in the evening and it has triggered indigestion issues.
Initially Had to go to pass liquid stools around 4-5 times and now had vomiting around 3 times. Feeling like nausea.

I have with me at this time these medicines.
Nexpro ( esomapraz 40+ domeperidone 30)
Cintapro 1 mg
Sompraz 40
domeperidone 10 mg
Please guide which medicine i can take now. it around 11 pm now. I had taken ors and half banana only in night.

Hi sir

Thank you for asking ask a doctor service.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to acute gastro enteritis. You can take Nexpro which contains Esomeprazole ( proton pump inhibitor) and domperidone (anti emetic) which will be helpful for nausea and vomiting.
Taking ginger tea is good. You can also apply hot water bag on abdomen. If you are still having diarrhoea then take ORS also.
If no improvement then you may need proton pump inhibitor and anti emetic as injection. In such case you need to go to ER.
