Question : Please help me. My sweat smells like cigarette smoke and gas it comes from my groin and belly button area. I have never smoked a day in my life and I bathe regularly. I eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. It gets really bad when I exercise. Could food intolerances cause this problem?

I read your query and here is my advice.

I don't think this is related to food intolerance problems. Probably it can be related to a food,substance, supplement that you may be taking.
Doing the blood tests total blood count with formula and biochemical blood balance may be advisable to check for any disease.
Taking more water and fluids can be helpful.
