Question : Please help me identify this single, painless, red spot on my penis. should i be concerned? i am a healthy make 37 years old. i am on vacation in hawai. i have been wearing swim shorts all week, ive been swimming in pool and beach, and has sex with my wife only. please advise. photo atached.
