Question : Please help me understand if the ECG is normal or abnormal. I am 67/male no other health related problem with me - XXXXXXX Hiralal Shah

Hello

After going through the ecg report attached by you I would like to tell you that the heart rate is on the lower side although there are no other other significant ST T changes.

I would like to suggest you to get a HOLTER monitoring and an echocardiography done to rule out any underlying abnormality.
