Question : I have diarrhoea for the past 1 day. I have stopped eating spicy food and keeping myself hydrated, still not recovering. Please let me know how I can treat it or if any medication required.

I think you can also avoid fruit juices and fruits , alcohol . Banana, rice and toast are recommended.
You can use medications simethicone or loperamid to stop diarrhea. They can be found without prescription.
