Question : i need a doctors opinion on my mothers health condition post covid vaccination.

after a week of vaccinating with covishield, my mother faced illness had fever for 1st few days and she had some ulcers on her tongue. it's been a week since she is not having able to have much food. whatever she eats she is facing irritation in stomach couple of days back she had vomiting.
I do understand the after effects of vaccination but a bit worried,
she had come across this lower back pain which used to get some quite long back.
please let me know if I need to take her to a doctor or is this common symptoms post vaccine.
