Question : I've done my full-body checkup, and there are a few things in my report that I need consultation on. I have vitamin D deficiency. I think I should start taking tablets since i have been feeling tired and pain in body for a few months now.

My Hdl Cholesterol is low and my Triglycerides are high and Lipo protein is high.
I'm very active i exercise more than an hour daily and don't eat out a lot or have high sugar intake.
I've attached the report. Please let me know if there are any medications i should take and any lifestyle changes .

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out,
Yes I am able to view your reports and notice vitamin D deficiency, increased uric acid levels and high triglycerdie levels. For vitamin D deficiency I would recommend lumia 60k capsule once a week for 8 weeks and daily early morning sinrays exposure atleast for 30 mins to help maintaining the levels. Considering your age and mild increase in triglyceride I would not recommend any mesical intervention at this point however a diet restriction, avoiding stress, regular sufficient sleep and regular excercise is required to help lower the levels. I see you mention you do regular excercise I would recommend you to include a lot of high intensity workouts and cardio to increase the metabolism. Kindly repeat lipid profile test after 3 months after the lifestyle modification. Considering hogh uric acid levels I would recommend to reduce protein intake in diet, restrict alcohol consumtion and reduce intake of any protein supplements if any.
