Thanks for asking.I have seen the images sent &understand your concern.
Grossly looking zoom image...I could see some redness&mild swelling on knuckles ..specially of index finger...with raised whitish stripes ...&somewhat depressed area in between...which can be described as crack.
Please let me know about any other symptom...fever, allergy, itching,pain or burning,so that I can think further to give you a better possibility(actually direct examination in form of inspection &feeling would give exact opinion) &management

Yes the knuckle of index finger & 3rd carpo pharyngeal joint &two adjescent joints are swollen.
It can be due to-
-Low calcium or vit D in blood,
-trauma,sprain to the hand,
-joint swelling as an early stage of arthritis (Rheumatoid or may be gout ) -Can be allergic ...barring for the itching it always has.
You need to have a second opinion with investigations as per need to find the cause&specific medicines.
please consult a physician for physical examination &his expert advise after investigations as per need.
