Question : Please look at the attached small bowel follow through and comment on any possible abnormalities. I feel as though i have a partial obstruction in my right upper small intestine. Does this small bowel follow through show any small intestine dialation pattern. it seems like the right side is more dialated, it also seems like this went throught my intestine rapidly. Does it mean anything that there seems to be a lack of VILLI on the right side? please comment

The images of the barium meal follow through attached to the query are viewed are showing no small bowel dilatation in the right upper abdomen.

You have an increased flow time of the oral contrast through the small bowel. This can be due to intestinal hypermotility or if you were fasting before the procedure.
