Question : Hello doctor. Im 27y/o F. Since 3 weeks there has been acne outbreak on my chest. Please find the attachment below. Please look into it and let me know what to do. Thanks in advance

Hello,
Thanks for the query and photograph.
You have developed grade 1 acne which can be controlled by creams.
Apply Benzoyl peroxide 2.5 % gel daily in night and clindamycin gel in morning for a month.
Use Acnybar soap.
You must reduce oil intake and drink lots of water.
Acne usually appears in oily skin so control of intake of oily food and milk is very important. Instead of milk you can use curd.
