I have gone through your query/report and here is my opinion.

Hyperthyroidism is an increased levels of thyroid hormone in blood due to an overactive thyroid.
With treatment,the prognosis of hyperthyroidism is quite good
Neomercazole is an antithyroid drug which keeps the thyroid levels under check.
In some refractory cases,radioactive iodine and surgical removal of thyroid (called Thyroidectomy) is considered.

Complications of untreated severe hyperthyroidism (specially for the one secondary to Grave's disease) includes anxiety,mental disorders,loss of libido,fertility issues,palpitations,arrythmias,bowel irregularities etc.
The most dreaded complication of hyperthyroidism is thyroid storm,which is a life threatening condition where there is accelerated hypertension and heart failure.
