After going through the medical query raised by you and after reviewing the reports I would like to tell you that the echocardiogram report of the patient is absolutely normal and ECG has baseline RBBB which can be a normal finding in many of patients.
Long Term complications associated with the use of cordarone medication includes hypo or hyperthyroidism, bradycardia, pulmonary fibrosis or toxicity, liver function derangement.
However it is not necessary that all the patients on this medication will develop the long-term complications.
