Hello

After reviewing the ECG report attached by you I would like to tell you that it’s a normal sinus rhythm ECG with normal heart rate normal axis and no other significant STT changes.

As the patient is a diabetic so a TMT or a stress echocardiogram is advisable as a part of further evaluation.
