Hello dear,
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
I already reviewed the attached reports.
The symptoms seem to be related to eczema.
I recommend using a mild steroid cream such as Hydrocortisone cream.
I also suggest using an antihistamine such as Cetirizine 10 mg daily.
Hope my answer was helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,
Yes,you can take the same medicine to treat the itching.
You can use the ointment two times a day.
You should use it for two weeks to see results.
In long term, I recommend to avoid factors that can trigger the symptoms such as heat, cold or other allergens.
Hope it helps,
Take care.
