Question : For the last 2 months, I am facing excessive hair loss & even with getting proper hair oil & wash my hair at an appropriate time. Also after washing my hair sometimes dandruff was gone but after a day it come back please prescribe some medication to get rid of hair fall & dandruff.

Dandruff is the main cause of hair fall in your case.
Apply Noskurf lotion, keep it for 4 hours or overnight and wash with Sebowash shampoo.
Do this daily for a month, post this you can use this combination once in a week.
This should take care of your dandruff problem and in turn hairfall will reduce.
