Reports reveal peripheral corneal vascularization, dystichiasis and punctum occlusion please provide the future complication for the same

Punctal stenosis can be treated by surgery to correct it

Hey thank you for the question . Punctal stenosis can be trated by surgery to correct it if it is severe or with punctal plugs if not severe . Dystichiasis means lashes are growing towards the eye which can be remove with a cryo epilator. The treatment of peripheral corneal neovasucalarisation depends on how much area of cornea is involved and depending on that we can use mild steroid eye drops .
