Question : Dear Sir, please provide your valuable opinion on attached ECG 0000 of 57 yrs. female , K/C/O hypertension with elevated HBA1C level ( 6.5%)

Hello

After going through the medical query raised by you and after reviewing the ECG report I would like to tell you that there are some non-specific STT changes in the ECG and taking into consideration the age group and history of diabetes and hypertension into consideration it’s advisable that patient should undergo stress echocardiogram To rule out any underlying pathology.
