The prognosis of such a case is good in a sense that such benign lesions are not known to cause cancer. And since you are doing regular follow ups there is nothing to worry.
This is fibrocystic disease and see all the reports are showing the same findings over all the years of follow-up.
I would advise you to relax completely and not to worry about cancer at the moment.
