I have seen the reports attached
The Cholesterol levels are on the higher side. A low fat diet might help but you will also need medication for the same.
Vitamin D is low, supplementation with 60000 units of Cholecalciferol weekly once for 8 weeks followed by monthly once for 8 months would suffice.
Other derangement are not significant and need no medical intervention for now.
