I have gone through the attached document.

Test results are normal except a few derangements.

1. Vitamin D deficiency, this must be treated with Cholecalciferol 60,000 units taken at night weekly once for 8 weeks followed by monthly once for 7 months.

2. Iron deficiency, there may not be a need for medical supplementation, consuming iron rich foods would help.
