Brief Answer:
Need supplements

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query

Yes, you will need Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D supplements.

Vitamin B12 in the form of Methylcobalamine 750mg daily for a period of one month can help to restore the levels.

Vitamin D in the form of Cholecalciferol 60K units weekly once for 8 weeks followed by monthly for 8 months is the recommended dosage.

For high LDL levels, exercise and low fat diet would suffice.

TIBC is mildly deranged, there is no need to worry about it for now.

Hope, I answered your query

Wishing you good health
