                                            Question : Hi Doctor, 
As per my recent full body check up, I have got below tests report as undesirable & rest are all fine. Could you please check the below & give some recommendation to improve these.
Vitamin B12 : 158 pg/mL
Reference Range: 200 - 1100 pg/mL
Vitamin D : 21 ng/mL
Reference Range: 30 - 100 ng/mL
Total Iron binding capacity : 219 ug/dL
Reference Range: 250 - 450 ug/dL
Direct LDL Cholesterol : 118 mg/dL
Desirable: <=100 mg/dL

Yes, you will need Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D supplements.
Vitamin B12 in the form of Methylcobalamine 750mg daily for a period of one month can help to restore the levels.
Vitamin D in the form of Cholecalciferol 60K units weekly once for 8 weeks followed by monthly for 8 months is the recommended dosage.
For high LDL levels, exercise and low fat diet would suffice.
TIBC is mildly deranged,there is no need to worry about it for now.
