Please Review My Recent Health Checkup Report
Report almost normal
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have reviewed your query and following parameters in your report are out of range:
- Triglyceride - mildly raised - nothing needed currently, regular lipid profile once a year
- HBA1C is just at upper border of normal range. Keep the sugar intake on lower side
- Vitamin B12 is slightly low, take vitamin B12 supplement like neurobion plus once a day for 3 months
- Vitamin D is slightly low, continue Shelcal HD once or twice a week for 2-3 months and re-check. Continue sun exposure daily.
- Eosinophils are high and could be due to allergies, parasites or fungal infection. Drink cleaner water. Take Tab Albendazole 400 mg one dose if you are not pregnant or breast-feeding
- Hemoglobin is slightly low and not to be worried
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

One follow-up question I have is, that since XXXXXXX 2019 (I was 3 months pregnant at that time), I have had this issue of body itching which hasn't been resolved till date. Could it be because of Eosinophils being high?
Itching and high eosinophil count are related
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Thanks for following up.
Itching and high eosinophil count are related and caused by same problem maybe allergy, parasite or fungal infection. Drink cleaner water. Tab Albendazole can help clear any parasites. If any allergy is there, then avoid allergen
Why did itching happen during pregnancy?
Regards
On your suggestions:
I drink RO water.
How often and when should I take Tab Albendazole?
Also I am not sure if this is due to some allergy. How do i find out?
Allergy tests available
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Tab Albendazole is taken in the dose of 400 mg single dose. It can be repeated yearly to de-worm, if required.
Allergy blood tests (comprehensive allergy profile) is available in laboratories like lalpathlab etc. IgE levels can confirm if its allergy or not. Allergy specific IgE levels in that report will help confirm the allergen.
Yes I have seen the attached report and it is mostly normal. There is no organic disease behind the raised eosinophil levels.
