TSH is 9.710 High
Vitamin D3 is 18.39 Low
Are u diabetic or having hypothyroidism previously?

No not a diabetic or have hypothyroidism. No medications too.

Hi thanks for the follow up
You can control your HBA1 C levels by diet which is less carbohydrates and good protein content.
Do regular exercise.
For thyroid issue i usually start with Thyronorm 50mcg for this levels
Do consult with endocrinologist in person once
For vitamin D deficiency you can take D rise 60 k iu once a week for 8 weeks.
Any issues do follow up. Take care
