Hello

After reviewing the ecg and other reports I would like to tell you that there are T wave inversions in anterior leads which might be a clue to underlying ischaemia. Also the HBa1c levels are towards the higher side. Echo report is normal.

Ideally this patient should consult a cardiologist personally and get a stress echo done under supervision.

Stress echo is normal for this patient which grossly excluded the possibility of any significant underlying coronary artery disease.

Prognosis looks good until this point of time.
