Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the report.
I have seen the report sent.
There are a few minor derangements which might not need any intervention execpt
1. Low Vitamin B12 , you will be needing oral supplementation in the form of Methylcobalamine 750mcg tablets taken once daily after food for 2 months.
2. Low Vitamin D, supplementation with Cholecalciferom 60,000 units taken once weekly for 8 weeks followed by monthly once for 8 months will help.
3. Also, urine shows positive for bacteria and epi cells, which indicates infection. I would recommend drinking 4 to 5 litres . If in case you have fever or burning sensation while passing urine, you may have to consult your doctor for oral antibiotics.
Hope, I answered your query.
Wishing you good health.
regards,
supplementation
