Based on the reports of your father that you have posted he seems to have Benign Enlargement of Prostate which is very common at this age.

1) What are his symptoms as regard’s Urinary system.e.g -
Urinary frequency in day time and during night.
2) How is the Urine flow?
3) Does he have hesitancy or urgency for urination?
4) Has he passed blood in urine any time in past?
5) Is he Diabetic)
6) Is there any improvement in his urinary symptoms after taking medications that you have mentioned?

Hello Dr, please find the details.

1) What are his symptoms as regard’s Urinary system.e.g - Frequent urine frequency in day time and during night (He used to drink almost 3.5-4 litres of water on daily basis)
Urinary frequency in day time and during night.
2) How is the Urine flow? - We will be performing the Uroflow test by 1st week of Aug
3) Does he have hesitancy or urgency for urination?: Urgency is there, can't hold
4) Has he passed blood in urine any time in past?: Never
5) Is he Diabetic: No
6) Is there any improvement in his urinary symptoms after taking medications that you have mentioned?: Yes, little bit improvement, he has reduced the water consumption as well.

His symptoms are due to bladder outlet obstruction due to enlarged Prostate .
